The balance is paid on the event day after the shoot. Q: When will I get my photos? A: Edited photos arrive in an online gallery within 72 hours, after a MyShoot quality check. Need them sooner? Add Express delivery for 24 hours. Q: What if the photographer can’t make it? A: MyShoot assigns another verified photographer at no extra cost. That is our replacement guarantee. Q: Do I deal with the photographer directly? A: Your photographer’s name and number are shared 24 hours before the event. All changes and payments go through MyShoot, so there is always someone accountable. Q: Can I book my wedding online? A: No. Weddings are planned with a MyShoot Weddings specialist. Send your date and events, and we’ll call you with packages, team size and availability. Q: How far ahead should we book? A: Book as soon as your muhurtham date is fixed. Popular muhurtham dates fill first because each wedding needs a full crew. Q: How are payments split? A: An advance confirms your date, with the balance in stages before delivery. The exact schedule is on your quotation and agreement. Q: What is a drone light show? A: A drone light show is a group of programmed drones fitted with bright LED lights that fly in formation at night to draw shapes, words, logos and animations in the sky. It is a quieter, smoke-free alternative to fireworks. Q: How much does a drone light show cost in Chennai? A: The price depends mainly on the number of drones, the length of the show, how many custom formations are designed and the location. MyShoot shares a written quote after a short call and a venue check, so you know the full cost before you book. Q: How many drones do we need? A: Simple shapes and short messages work with a smaller fleet, while detailed logos, 3D animations and large venues need more drones. We suggest the fleet size after seeing your venue and the formations you want. Our show at Sairam Institutions flew 250 drones. Q: Can we have a drone show at our wedding? A: Yes. Couples use drone shows for the sangeet, the reception entry or the wedding night: couple initials, hearts, rings, floral mandalas and a short message in the sky. Open-air venues such as beach resorts, lawns and farmhouses work best. Q: Can we have a drone show at our wedding in Chennai? A: Yes, if the venue is open-air and outside restricted airspace. Lawns, beach resorts, farmhouses and open grounds usually work. MyShoot Drone Shows checks the venue and the airspace before you book. Q: Can a drone show display our company logo? A: Yes. Logos are converted into drone formations. Simple logos work with a smaller fleet; detailed logos with fine lines or text need more drones for a clean result. Q: Have you done a drone show at a college? A: Yes. MyShoot flew a 250-drone light show at Sairam Institutions in Chennai, with event videography of the show. Q: Have you done a movie title reveal with drones? A: Yes. MyShoot Drone Shows revealed the title of the film With Love with a drone light show over Besant Nagar, Chennai. Q: How much does a drone light show cost in India? A: It depends mainly on the number of drones, then the show length, custom designs, location and clearances. MyShoot Drone Shows shares a fixed written quote after a short call and a venue check. Q: Is a drone show better than fireworks? A: A drone show is better when you want to show names, logos or messages, need a quiet and smoke-free option, or the venue bans fireworks. Fireworks are better for a short, loud celebration at a lower cost. Q: Do we need permission for a drone show in India? A: Yes. The venue must be in permitted airspace, the drones must be registered and flown by certified pilots, and venue and local permissions may be needed. MyShoot Drone Shows handles these clearances as part of the show. ## More - [About MyShoot](https://www.myshoot.in/about/) - [Contact](https://www.myshoot.in/contact/) - [Guides](https://www.myshoot.in/blog/) Updated 2026-10-31.
