1. Cancellation by Customer
- More than 7 days before event → 80% refund
- 3–7 days before event → 50% refund
- Less than 3 days → No refund
2. Rescheduling
- Allowed once, subject to availability
- Must be requested at least 48 hours before event
3. Cancellation by MyShoot
If we cancel due to unavoidable reasons:
- Full refund OR
- Alternative service arrangement
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds processed within 7–10 business days
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed services
- Client no-show
- Delays caused by client
6. Advance Payments
Advance payments are partially non-refundable as they block professional availability.
